DELIVERY AND RETURN DETAILS

 

 Important:

  1. What Payment methods are available?

    • You can pay via UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, Cash on Delivery.

  2. When the order will be dispatched?

    • The order will be dispatched within 24 hrs-48 hrs.

  3. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

    • From the date of placing the order, it takes 3-7 days for the order to be delivered based upon your location.

  4. Can I get my order delivered earlier?

    • We ship the order within 24-48 hours after you place the order. The rest of the time is taken by the courier companies. Therefore, it’s not possible for us to deliver your orders any earlier than that.

  5. Can I get my orders delivered at a specific time?

    • Delivering at a specific time may not always be an option from courier services due to their schedules. The delivery person will call you at the time of delivery. You can inform him of your availability and co-ordinate with him. If you are unable to contact him, please drop us an email letting us know of your availability.

  6. Can I return my order if I don’t like it?

    • We don’t have return/exchange policy except damaged or missing product.

  7. Can I return an item if it’s damaged?

    • Absolutely.  All you have to do is inform us within 24 hours after receiving the damaged/ missing order and make sure that you should make video of unboxing the parcel and the product is unused.

Return Policy for damaged product only due to transit
:

       In extreme cases of damaged product delivery due to transit, a refund can be initiated after a thorough verification of the refund policy. An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items or damage. In case of refund to be claimed kindly contact our customer care on +91 8484461323 (11am and 5pm only) or write to us on prithafashionjewellery.@gmail.com in with the necessary videos related to your claim with subject line “Refund For ” and order number.

       In case of a package being tampered / damaged / defected kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot. Contact the customer care team on +91 8484861323 if the order is marked as delivered and is not received by the customer, within 3 days of the product being marked delivered. No refunds shall be made post this period. The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge as they are non-refundable by delivery partners. Any cash on delivery refunds shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer in the above manner within 4-7 working days.

       A claim of refund should be made within 24 hours of order delivery with the details. Late claim not acceptable. If accepted, your refund may take upto 15 days to be credited from the day of refund acceptance by Pritha Fashion Jewellery. Pritha Fashion Jewellery will provide all the details with relevant screenshots along with transaction id once the refund is initiated.
